  • Terms of contract
  • Call volumes
  • Type of program
  • Agent skill level requirements
  • Complexity of projects

The costs of customized reports, training and set up are free of cost.

Our prices are $10 per hour per person for non-technical processes.

For technical processes, our prices range from $12 – $16 per hour per person.
